As days pass, our world drastically changes. One of these uncontrollably changes has been murder;the murder of our angels. Crime is an unstoppable matter. People do not realize how much it affects the loved ones of these victims. Now a days, it doesn't matter who you are, where you from,what goals you have, and what you have accomplished. Your life is not guaranteed. As I write, there is one person in my mind. Her name was Derica,our angel. She was the type of girl that no matter if she knew or didn't, she would try her best at anything. Many things made her different. Not to long ago, Derica,our angel, got shot. This made a great impact in my life.
Why kill somebody that can make a incomparable change in our future? Why the girl that had dreams? Why the best of the best? Why our motivator? Why our angel?
Questions like this spin all throughout my head each and every day. There needs to be a change. People need to mature and see that they do not have any right to take an innocent angels life. What makes my anger worst is that the killer was an adult. To kill a teen does not make you an ADULT. We are the future. The fact that he has already done so much damage to the community,and still was able to get bond is tearing me apart. They might as well let every killer loose. Derica was special and knowing that she is gone is heart-breaking. Never would I have thought it would be her. But, what goes around comes back around.
Our angel is gone. All I want to know is Why our angel though?
